Business One Stop is the result of a combination of resources from six agencies for the purpose of accelerating and simplifying business processes concerning government. The workflows are intended to guide the user through the required steps. Once information has been entered, it can be used for all applications.
VirginiaDBA offers technical assistance regarding business creation, access to funds, and workforce development. VDBA supports the creation of business projects from ideas to launch. In order to achieve the goals described in Governor McDonnell's Economic Development and Jobs Creation agenda, VDBA has designed programs to simplify access to funds for Virginia businesses. Examples of these programs include: micro-lending, loan guarantees, and capital access. Several publications are available through the VDBA's website, including the Small Business Resource Guide.
The Virginia SBDC Network offers personalized counseling and training for small businesses in the Commonwealth. Clients can arrange one-on-one meetings with certified business analysts to discuss specific issues or attend small-group trainings focused on particular management topics.
