Notice. As of August 2019, the Laboratory for IT Entrepreneurship has merged with the Mason Innovation Exchange (MIX), and LITE's flagsgip program, the Pitch IT competition, has become the Patriot Pitch competion. As a result, this website is no longer maintained. For more information about current programs, visit the MIX's website.
The laboratory organizes periodic public seminars and workshops on topics of interest to its mission. The goal is to educate bright potential IT entrepreneurs by providing them with the information, tools, and resources needed to enhance their entrepreneurial skills and succeed in the creation of innovative ventures.
Our seminars and workshops provide valuable opportunities to connect with entrepreneurs or potential entrepreneurs in specific industries or sectors. This will empower participants to expand their professional network by building key relationships with experts in the areas of interest.

Students, faculty, and staff are welcome to propose seminars and workshops on topics of interest, consistent with the mission of the laboratory. The laboratory evaluates the requests to determine if there might be enough interest around the proposed topics. For more information about how to propose a topic for a seminar or workshop, please contact us.
Note: All seminars are free and registration is not required. Visitor parking is available in the lower level of the Shenandoah Parking Deck.
