LITE is creating partnerships with other entities on campus in order to create an integrated process for supporting the creation of startups from idea to launch. Below is the list of current partners.
The Office of Technology Transfer (OTT), in partnership with the George Mason Research Foundation, is responsible for the commercialization of inventions by George Mason faculty. Ownership of faculty inventions is established on the basis of University Policies, state law, and employment contracts. OTT staff can advise about the necessity of filing an Invention Disclosure.
